At CookOut Catering, we are passionate about providing fresh and delicious southern soul food to our customers. Our journey started in 2022 when our founder, Chef VonTré, was inspired by close friends to turn his love for cooking into a business. Since then, we have been serving our community with the best quality food and excellent customer service.
Our mission is to provide our customers with high quality Southern Food that feeds the soul and reminds you of home. We believe that food should not only taste great but also be presented in the same manner. That's why we make everything from scratch.
Trévon Dawson was born and raised in Dallas Texas by his late
Great-Grandmother Romie Jewell Williams, who owned a Bakery and was well known throughout the Dallas area for her culinary skills. At an early age, Trévon began watching his Grandmother in the kitchen. By his teenage years he had perfected all of her recipes and began to cook for her. Currently a DC Native, Trévon took what he learned in Dallas Texas and expanded his culinary skills into a full scale Catering Service.
Our Weekly Meal Prep Service features 10 meals total. Two different fresh meals delivered weekly!
